Wall murals at Children's Health Nephrology translated from digital scans to printed wall coverings
The thematic design consists of animals in nature, a cohesive design plan that appeals to the pediatric patients.
The animal paw prints on the lockers for the patients to change for their dialysis appointments
A dialysis station marked by an alphabet that is coordinated with the locker assigned to the patients.
One of the 17 dialysis stations at the Nephrology department. These stations are designed with casual entertainment and education in mind.
Each station has different animals and their habitats depicted on the wall.
The scale of various animals had to be considered in coordinating with the artists, designers and contractors.
Another challenge we overcame is navigating the artwork amidst several medical equipment on the walls.
