‘Tis the season for food and lots of it! Our team won the IIDA & Modern Luxury 2016 Chef’s Night Out!
Louise Nicholson Carter was paired with Chef Harold Wong of The Fish. The menu on our table featured “Beets & Flow”: Golden beet baked in soil (it came from the earth so we cooked it with the earth), coupled with in-house made yogurt, red quinoa, and arugula. Louise choose to work with artists Kirk Bauer and Renee Dinauer to create our signature display for the yummy earthy tasting.
